Can I try on the pieces I am interested in?

We facilitate try ons in our downtown Manhattan location. The spots are limited so please contact us with the piece(s) you’re interested in and propose the times you’re available. Please note that try - ons cost $15 due to high demand.

How long is the rental period?

We offer periods of 3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 days with prices changing accordingly.You can return your rental before the end of the borrow period, however, there won’t be any refund. We don’t make any exception on prices.

What if my dress doesn’t fit me when I receive it?

Please refer to pictures, descriptions and the brand’s own listing to ensure the dress fits you prior to placing your order. You can also submit your questions to us and book a try on! If your piece doesn’t fit you after you received it, we don’t issue a refund.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes, subject to item’s availability. Please book online and let us know you are extending the rental in the note. Reach out to us with any questions.

Late, damage and cancellation fees

Late Fees: Renter is expected to return their rental on the last day of their borrow period. If the renter returns the piece back later than the borrow period, we will have to charge late fees per each day that the item is late. The fee is 1.5x the daily rate of the borrow. For example, if the rental period is 5 days and the borrow cost is $100, the daily late fee will be $30. Please know that this is put in place to ensure the next girl receives her order in time.

Damage fees: Normal wear and tear is expected. However, minor or major damage to the piece will be compensated with damage fees charged to the renter. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more detail.

Cancellation fees: Renter is able to cancel their order 2 days before the start of the borrow period at no charge provided that it hasn’t been shipped yet. If cancellation occurs within 2 days, renter will be charged 50% of the rental booked.

Do I need to pay for cleaning?

No, Rentier covers basic cleaning costs. However, if the dress came back with damages and requires specialized cleaning we will ask the renter to pay for it.
